What to consider in your selection of a vendor for telephone and data networking. Consider that you are making a five year commitment.
Caution:  Question the assertions of "...the best service is a given...". Always ask the vendor's existing customers to verifying all statements. Always see any  proposed system platform; preferably on your site,  and visit any existing sites of the same system being proposed.  Because of the fast pace of technology advances, brochures are often out of date.
